NAK 15x42x10mm Metal Cased Nitrile Rubber Additional Inner Case Single Lip Rotary Shaft Oil Seal with Garter Spring SA

NAK SA Nitrile Oil Seals: Oil seals are used in a variety of different applications in which a rotating shaft is lubricated by oil or grease. They are engineered to facilitate the smooth operation of your equipment, serving as a barrier to prevent the leakage of oils and greases while also keeping foreign substances from entering. SA type seals are particularly suitable for larger diameters or when the seal is fitted from behind. These seals feature a metal-cased outside diameter as well as an additional inner case which provides increased structural integrity when a more robust design is required. The SA features a single-sealing nitrile rubber lip on the inside diameter. The SA types feature a garter spring which allows some give to prevent a build-up of friction. (Seals under 5mm width may not always feature a spring.)
