SKF Filling Slot Ball Bearings with Snap Ring: Are special variants of deep groove ball bearings which have filling slots to allow at point of manufacture more and larger balls to be used in the assembly. Filling slot bearings have a higher radial load carrying capacity than bearings without slots but their axial load carrying capacity is reduced. Their speed rating is lower than bearings without slots. This option is supplied with snap ring groove and snap ring. Benefits: Tolerates high radial loads |
