Internally Threaded Mild Steel Taper Pins: These taper pins are internally extractable which means that they are internally threaded for easier removal. The pin is simply inserted into an application and then hammered until tightly installed. To remove a pin from an application, an extraction tool can be tightened into the internal thread and used to unseat the pin.
